Bill Stefaniak AM, RFD
Bill Stefaniak AM, RFD, is a senior consultant solicitor with extensive experience in criminal law and ACT matters. Admitted to practice in NSW and the ACT in 1976, he has served as a Crown Prosecutor, ACT Special Magistrate, inaugural Appeal President of ACAT, and a senior member of the AAT in Sydney. A former member of the ACT Legislative Assembly and Attorney-General for the ACT, Bill now practices in the ACT Magistrates Court, NSW courts, and ACAT.

Catherina Joseph
Catherina Joseph is a hardworking and ambitious third-year law student at the Australian National University. She currently works as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant at NBC Law Firm in Canberra, where she has gained hands-on experience in immigration and property law. Her work includes drafting legal documents, preparing immigration applications, researching cases, and managing property transactions. Catherina has a strong background in legal research, advocacy, and case preparation, allowing her to develop skills in different areas of law.
